Estraro has been operating as a firm for more than a decade. Behind it lies decades of combined experience in commercial direction, operations, finance, and organizational management across multiple industries.
What Estraro means
We take our name from Esperanto: "Estraro" means "board" or "council," the place where board-level decisions are made. We didn't choose it for the language; we chose it for what it represents: a space to think with distance, criteria, and clear consequences.
What we are not
We are not tactical consulting, we don't do audits, and we don't work with predefined manuals. Nor are we coaching: we don't seek to change people or produce "personal transformation processes".
How we work
We accompany owners and directors who don't want to think alone in moments where direction requires calm and clarity. Our function isn't to say what to do, but to create the space where decisions become sharper, more coherent, and more sustained, without the operational noise that usually distorts what's important.
